For Rebecca, a Nashville mom of two, staying healthy felt like an uphill battle. Between running her own business and taking care of her family, she barely had time to catch her breath, let alone focus on her health. But after working with a personal trainer and nutrition coach, everything changed:

“Personal training changed my life. They showed me that it wasn’t about trying to do everything perfectly – it was about progress,” Rebecca says. Her trainer helped her create quick, effective workouts that she could do in just 30 minutes. “I used to think I needed hours in the gym and a total nutrition overhaul to see results — but that just wasn’t true.”

Her nutrition coach Niki Lyon also helped Rebecca simplify her meals. “My schedule stays packed all the time, so I was always grabbing fast food or eating on the go,” she admits. “But with Niki’s help, I learned how to plan meals that were healthy and easy to prepare.”

Within a few months, Rebecca felt more energetic and less overwhelmed. “I used to think I didn’t have time for this, but now I realize that taking care of myself gives me more energy for everything else,” she says. “I’m more focused, more present, and I finally feel like I have a handle on my health.”

Rebecca credits her personal trainer and nutrition coach for transforming her approach to wellness. “She didn’t just change my body – she changed my mindset. And that’s something I’ll carry with me for forever. Personal training changed my life!”

Niki's tips for Nutrition Progress, Not Perfection

  1. Plan your food in advance. Intentionality (vs reactivity) is crucial to being consistent with healthy nutrition!
  2. Work out at least twice per week with weights. If you can manage and extra exercise session or two in a week, great. But staying consistent with at least two strength training workouts each week keeps your metabolism elevated and your energy high!
  3. Don’t try to “give up” anything you love to eat or drink. Especially if it’s a whole category of foods, like “carbs” or desserts. Shifting from “always” or “often” to “sometimes” is a big win that will really help your progress long-term.
