Golf Exercise Program | Tennis Exercise Program

We have special golf and tennis exercise programs for those who are interested in improving their game by improving their bodies.

Exercises for golf: Golf is a sport that requires flexibility, power, and stamina. 85% of tour professionals use an exercise professional to help them improve their game. We have our Titlist TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (C.G.F.I) work one-on-one with you to improve flexibility, balance, trunk rotation, and hitting power.

Exercises for tennis: We work with several national-level competitors. Tennis demands proper preparation and conditioning to be at the top of your game. Avoid injury.

Martial Arts/Kickboxing

Dan DeFigio has been studying various forms of martial arts since 1989, culminating his competitive career with a win at the 2000 Pan American games. He is a certified Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor (Jacare), a founding member of the Nashville Fighters Guild, and a former combat instructor for the Davidson County Sheriff’s Department.

Dan gladly accepts students of all levels, from beginners who just want a fun kickboxing workout to competitive MMA fighters.
